We offer personal training sessions in Ibiza.

Ruth is a fully qualified and insured personal trainer.  Clients praise her motivational attitude and enthusiasm, as well as their breadth of knowledge and experience which enables her to adapt to a wide variety of client needs and goals.

Her areas of expertise include:

  • Aqua Fit water based aerobic and body conditioning for all fitness levels, ideal for anyone with restricted mobility, for rehabilitation and an excellent cross training option.
  • Circuits for full body strength and cardio sessions tailored to suit all fitness levels.
  • Core Strength for reduced risk of injury, improved posture and to ease lower back pain.
  • HITT High Intensity Interval Training for the already fit, intense workouts for fast results.
  • Nutrition designing personalised plans for optimum, vibrant health, weight loss and management, emphasising clean eating, creating a healthy, sustainable diet, developing good eating habits and plant based nutrition.
  • Running on the beach and up hills, paced and Fartlek speed play, longer runs up to 15km.
  • Strength training to build muscle and strengthen bones, burn fat and change body composition.
  • Swim training, technique and coaching for both competition and general fitness, triathlete specific and open water.
  • TRX suspension training full body functional cardio, core and strength training suitable for all

I have worked with Ruth on a number of occasions whilst on holiday in Ibiza takes some of the guilt away!! In a group training scenario she has the ability to work with a range of abilities and motivate whilst pushing for us to get the maximum out of our workout. In a one to one situation she always take the time to listen to personal goals and provided invaluable advice to improve my hill running and work toward that all important bikini body. She also looks holistically at the balance between fitness & nutrition. In summary she is very professional, listens to your needs, makes you work hard, gets results and is a pleasure to be around.

I trained with Ruth during June and July 2011. Within the two month we worked out three times a week, varying between swimming and running followed by core work and stretching. She took my running endurance to a much higher level through sprint and hill training. Most amazingly she completely transformed my swim style. She is incredibly enthusiastic about her work, is great fun to work with and the results are impressive.
