If you’re looking for a fun, healthy and fitness based group activity for your family and friends, a children’s party or play date then water polo is a great option!
We usually do these sessions for two hours. The first part of the session we teach the rules of the game and work on essential skills such as sprint starts, treading water, ball handling and marking. Then the second part of the session we have a mini-tournament – putting those skills to the test!
We’ll bring the goals and the balls, all you need is a group who are water confident and a pool reasonably big enough!!
